synopsis

“Io Corro” is a documentary that explores the life and art of Luca Bray, an internationally renowned abstract painter whose creative vision is characterized by originality and expressive intensity.
Luca paints as he lives: with passion, instinct, and an energy that never fades. His art is pure movement, an endless run through colors and materials, where every gesture is not just a mark, but a story in constant evolution.

Filmed over few years across Soncino, Shanghai, Venice, and Crema, the film takes us on his artistic and personal journey, offering an intimate and complex portrait of a man who constantly reinvents himself. Through intimate conversations, images captured over the years, and the words of those closest to him, the documentary reveals not only Luca’s inexhaustible spirit but also his ability to transform the daily challenge of multiple sclerosis into a source of inspiration.

With an emotional yet investigative visual language, Io Corro is an exploration of the soul of an artist who, against all odds, never stops. A celebration of creativity as a vital force that not only resists but triumphs, in a story that goes beyond suffering and becomes a symbol of freedom and resilience.
